This sweet wine, presented in a slender bottle, is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. Its clear robe shows green highlights. The nose gives toasted notes with spices and fruits, followed by pineapple and mango. Rich, unctuous: this is a wine with a subtle balance of acidity, alcohol and sugar, that finishes with a lovely freshness.

Vinification
Sweet wine. Gravity-fed reception of cool grapes. Gentle pressing. Filled into barrels when alcoholic fermentation starts. Aged eight months in French oak barrels.
Eye
Limpid appearance, sustained intensity with green tints.
Mouth
Starts smooth, fresh and rich. Unctuous mid-palate with a delightful crispness. Pineapple, mango and toast flavours predominate. A rich wine with an alcoholacidity-sugar balance that still retains crispness. Lingering finish.
Nose
Sustained intensity with preponderant toasty, spicy and fruity notes. Well integrated wood that blends well with the pineapple and honey flavours, producing a satisfyingly complex whole.
