Chasselas is the Swiss grape variety par excellence! It’s the ideal companion for aperitifs with friends, or to accompany summer dishes such as charcuterie platters, lake fish or cheese dishes. Refreshing and light, it is distinguished by pretty floral touches and its nose gives off gentle aromas of honey and white flowers. Its limpid color with golden highlights gives a moderate intensity. A fresh, slightly pearly attack on the palate, followed by a fine, delicate finish.
A little tip: to make the most of its full brilliance, serve well chilled, between 8 and 10°.
