Belles Filles Chasselas AOC Genève

A blend of premium quality grapes, this wine, matured in stainless steel tanks, has a lovely, clear robe with golden highlights. You’ll find flowers, spices and fruits on the nose, with hints of lemon and bergamot. The attack is fresh and slightly bubbly for this blend of Riesling-Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc, which has lovely and intense aromas, supported by a good framework that gives a lively and persistent wine in mouth. Its full complement of flavours are brought out by serving it with lake fish, raclette and hard cheeses. Or serve it as an aperitif, chilled to 8-10°.
