Behind its pale robe with golden highlights are lively and persistent bubbles. The nose of this top brut made using the champenoise style gives brioche bread and exotic fruit aromas, while its complex and long mouth evolves with notes of jammy white fruits. It is made from a blend with Chardonnay for its base: La Grande Cuvée is one of the great sparkling wines.
A little tip: its bubbles will enhance elegantly the flavour of your fish dishes.

Vinification
After the pressing and alcoholic fermentation the oenologist tastes the wines and then creates his compositions with great care. The wine is filled into the bottles in traditional manner. It then undergoes a second fermentation which is carefully monitored (moving, racking) and thereby develops its own character.

Delicate gold. Fine, persistent pearls.
Mouth
Fresh attack. Complex middle palate, white fruits, candied finish. Nice aromatic aftertaste.
Nose
Elegant with flavours of yeast pastries.
