You are met with the pale gold and crystalline robe of this Clémence Chasselas Vieilles Vignes, which is both fruity and floral. It develops very delicate linden flower (lime blossom) aromas. The grapes are from vines that are more than 25 years old, which are deeply rooted. It is an elegant yet pleasant and easy to drink Chasselas. With its aromatic delicacy and lovely freshness it makes a good aperitif wine but it also pairs beautifully with lake fish, chicken, and white meat.
