Vinification
100% Swiss sparkling wine, prepared as still wine after pressing. What characterises the BACCARAT is its second, natural fermentation in a closed barrel which produces the bubbles. Filling the bottles under pressure at 0°C helps to preserve its fineness. It is produced organically in strict compliance with BIOSUISSE specifications.

Pale yellow with golden highlights and fine, persistent bubbles.

Fresh, supple attack. Good length.
