100% Swiss sparkling wine, prepared as still wine after pressing. What characterises the BACCARAT is its second, natural fermentation in a closed barrel which produces the bubbles. Filling the bottles under pressure at 0°C helps to preserve its fineness.
Light yellow with a golden brilliance, fine and persistent bubbles.
Delicate and flowery with hints of almond.
Fresh and smooth. Nice finish.
