The Chardonnay, which represents the dominant blend, is aged in barrels to reinforce the volume and structure of this grape variety. The Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc spent some times in older barrels to highlight the aromas of these grape varieties. The aromatic palette is rich and complex with notes of citrus, exotic fruits and spices. On the palate, the balance between roundness and freshness provides intense pleasure.
The little extra: once airy, this wine is a real delight when it accompanies white meats, fish, shellfish or cheeses.

Mouth
Round and rich, with notes of citrus and exotic fruit. Its structure is ample and delicate. Barrel ageing gives it elegance and harmony. It is distinguished by a long finish typical of great wines.

Typical citrus and exotic fruit aromas, complemented by spicy notes.
