Early harvesting is the secret to the fresh, sweet grape juice flavour. The quality of this Moût de Raisin is the result of a selection of specially adapted vines from three of our growers, reflecting the good diversity of the Geneva terroir. This must-have from La Cave de Genève should be drunk cool; it pairs well with all dishes. You can also enjoy it on its own, without a meal.
