Gamaret AOC Genève
Swiss grape variety, the result of a crossing between Gamay and Reichensteiner. Gamaret has found its perfect terroir in Geneva; it gives a wine that is supple yet has character.
Traditional vinification followed by maturing for 10 to 12 months in barrels allows this wine to fully express itself.
Matured in French oak.
Red with purple tints; clear and limpid.
Powerful nose with aromas of spices, black fruits and hints of toasted notes.
A rich and well-structured wine underlined by supple, silky tannins that gives it roundness and character. The aromas of black fruits – blackberry, blueberry and black currant – dominate. Lovely long finish with a final note of spices.
